James 5:13-18 prescribes a solution for spiritual depression that many avoid. The solution is to have others that are stronger than us to pray for us.

Often when we are in a habitual sin that can cause a spiritual depression. The terrible thing is that many avoid the very thing needed to overcome it.

There are so many things (work, family, church, etc) that pulls us in different directions and can cause us to be overworked. There is a solution to being overworked but it takes making a plan and sticking to you.

Many Christians struggle with spiritual depression. The sad thing is that most people that struggle with this deal with it alone.
