Jehovah Witnesses deny that Jesus is God. They believe that Jesus was the first of creation called Michael the archangel, who turned into Jesus and returned to being Michael after His death.

One of the key differences between the Jehovah Witnesses and the Bible is on their view of God. They deny the Trinity and make a distinction between God the Father as the Almighty God and Jesus the mighty god.

Do Jehovah Witnesses believe in the Bible as their ultimate authority?  No. The ultimate authority for a Jehovah Witness is the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society. They believe only that organization can interpret the Bible. Thus, the Bible is lesser an authority than the only source that can interpret it.
