Is Jesus Just One of Many Great Men of History

Is Jesus Just One of Many Great Men of History
Is Jesus just one of many great men in history?¬† Well, you can never say that about Jesus because Jesus was more than just a man. Jesus made it very clear. He is God. John chapter 8:58, “Jesus said to them truly, truly I say to you before Abraham was¬† I am.” That is the very name for God. He claimed to be God. What do the Jews do? They pick up stones to stone Him.
In John chapter 10,¬† we end up seeing he says in verse 30 “I and the Father are one”. And again the Jews pick up stones to stone Him. So he asks for what good works are you stoning me? And the Jews answered Him, “it is not for good works that we are going to stone you but for blasphemy for you being a man make yourself God.”
He even healed a man and he sees this man whose lowered in front of him in Mark chapter 2 and He says, “son your sins are forgiven” and the Jews there are enraged in there because they say who can forgive sins but God alone and he reading their minds says to them which is easier to say your sins are forgiven or pick up your bed and walk. So He heals the man proving that he was who He claimed to be almighty God, so He was not just a great man. He is the great man of history.
He is the one all history is about. He is almighty God.
