You may have had a wonderfully loving and supportive father. Maybe you had an abusive father. Whatever the case, our heavenly Father is so much different from our earthly fathers. All earthly fathers sin against their children in some way, but our heavenly Father is entirely unable to fail us. He only ever works for our good and cares for us, body and soul. You can trust God the Father to be a good, good Father to you.
