This episode comes from a Sunday School lesson that I taught on Superbowl Sunday.

I had short notice and only about five minutes to prepare. I whipped up this outline:

Four Proofs from the Testaments that Jesus is God

1. Jesus is the unchanging, immortal creator (Psa 102:24-27 cf. Heb 1:8-12)
2. Jesus is the God Who descended and ascended to lead captivity captive (Psa 68:17-19 cf. Eph 4:8-10)
3. Jesus receives the worship due only to God (Isa 45:22-23 cf. Phi 2:9-11)
4. Jesus is the judge of all souls (Ecc 12:13-14 cf. Joh 5:22-23)
