On this week’s episode we interview Chris Becker, who works within the agricultural department of Del Val University, and who specializes in fruit tree production. He helps us to navigate the rather controversial topic of organic foods and genetically modified foods (GMOs). As Christians, we desire to be good stewards of our bodies, our environment, and our finances. Should we therefore pay a bit extra to eat organic foods? Is it wrong to genetically modify foods in order to make them more productive or resilient? Chris helps us tackle these questions on today’s episode.
