   1. Noise reduction

   3. Truncate silence
3. How much editing is needed
   1. Every um
   2. Long pauses
4. Saving your file
   1. Audio formats
      1. MP3
      2. M4A / AAC
      3. WMA
   2. MP3 Bit rates
      1. Do not use a variable bit rate
         1. Might not play on all platform
      2. Best is a fixed rate such as 64Kbps, 96Kbps or 128Kbps
         1. 64Kbps is AM radio quality; good for talk only
         2. 96Kbps is FM radio quality; good for talk and some music like bumper music
         3. 128Kbps is CD quality; good for recording music
         4. 192Kbps is high quality and probably not necessary for a podcast
   3. Use either 22.05kHz or 44.1kHz (CD quality)
   4. Mono, stereo or joint stereo
