Kootenai Church Morning Worship with Jim Osman

This verse-by-verse preaching podcast features the Sunday morning worship service of Kootenai Community Church.

Hosted ByJim Osman

Jim Osman attended Millar College of the Bible in Pambrun, Saskatchewan. He graduated with a three-year diploma in April of 1993 and married his college sweetheart, Diedre, in August of that same year. He returned to Millar to further his education in September of 1994 and graduated from the Fourth Year Internship Program with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Ministries in April of 1995.

Jim and Diedre returned to Jim’s hometown of Sandpoint where he was eventually asked to take over as the Preaching Elder of Kootenai Community Church in December of 1996. Now he counts it as his greatest privilege to be involved in ministering in the Church that ministered to him for so many years in his youth.

This podcast regularly features the expository Sunday morning sermons of teaching pastor Jim Osman, and occasionally, guest speakers including Dave Rich, Cornel Rasor, Gordie Hunt, and Justin Peters. Over the years, these men have preached (some yet to be finished) through several books of the Bible, verse-by-verse, including the books of James, 1 Peter, 1 Thessalonians, Galatians, 1 & 2 Samuel, Daniel, Jonah, 1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians, Philippians (Osman / Whetsel), Ecclesiastes, John, and Acts. Currently, Jim is preaching through the book of Hebrews.

Some topical sermons also include The Reformation, God’s Design For Marriage, Biblical Eldership, and more. We are committed to exalting the Savior and exhorting the saints by expounding the Scriptures.
